At Silhouvé, a brand under Hypeready LLC, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items. Below, you’ll find detailed information on how to process a return, exchange, or request a refund.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Packaging: All original tags, liners, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • Hygiene Requirements: For hygiene reasons, undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

If your return does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue partial credit based on the item’s condition.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

To start a return, contact us at help@silhouvé.com or visit our Return Portal to initiate the process.

Important:

  • To access the Return Portal, you must have a registered account and have made your purchase while logged into your account.
  • Orders placed as a guest (without an account) cannot be processed through the portal. If you checked out as a guest, please contact help@silhouve.com for assistance.

Step 2: Select Your Return or Exchange Option

  • Return for Refund – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
  • Return for Store Credit – Opt for store credit, which will be issued in the form of a Silhouvé Gift Card for future purchases.
  • Exchange for a Different Size or Color – Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will ship your replacement item once the return is approved.
  • Store credit refunds will be issued via a Silhouvé Gift Card, which can be used immediately for future purchases.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please email help@silhouvé.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund if applicable.


Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final Sale & Clearance Items (unless faulty)
  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized or Custom Items

International Returns & European Union Cooling-Off Period

For international orders:

  • Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
  • If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

Lost or Missing Refunds
