At Silhouvé, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and important terms to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed by 4 PM (PST) from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM (PST), on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes on Delivery Times

  • Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, weather disruptions, or high seasonal demand.
  • For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are determined by the carrier and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs & International Orders

For international shipments, please note the following:

  • Customs Fees & Import Duties: Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
  • Refused Packages: If an international order is refused due to customs fees and returned to us, the shipping cost and customs fees will not be refunded. The customer will also be responsible for any return shipping charges.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted in specific regions due to local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is eligible for import before purchasing.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can monitor your package status directly through the carrier’s website.
  • If your tracking has not updated for several days, please allow extra time as carriers may experience delays.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect and results in a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for:
    • The cost of reshipping the order.
    • Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address or contents.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check your surroundings and with neighbors or building management.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before arrival.
  3. Contact the carrier directly for assistance.
  4. If the package is still missing, reach out to our team at help@silhouvé.com for further assistance.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent theft.
